I always seem to have a video that I obsessively play over and over again, and at the moment it's the new promotion video for the fall collection of 'T' by Alexander Wang. Ever since 212 came out last year, Azelia Banks has hit like wildfire, even in the fashion world; I mean the girl was singing at Karl Lagerfeld's birthday party!! After attending the Met Gala with designer Alexander Wang, it has since been announced that she is the new face of Wang's line 'T'. Featuring Azelia's sexy new song 'Van Vogue', from her EP 1991, and under the art direction of Dazed and Confused's Christopher Simmonds, this promotional video is pouring out street cred.
This isn't the first time we are hearing this new rapping wonder alongside Wang's creations. In early Feb of this year a teaser trailer for the SS12 Alexander Wang collection was realised with 212 as its soundtrack, also directed by Simmonds.
