I always love when some of my favourites from the industry join forces to create something beautiful. And I just found out that it's happening yet again. Photographer Guy Aroch is showing a new exhibit, at Milk Gallery in New York City, at the moment, featuring model Elsa Hosk.
Known for his soft tones and delicate use of light, Guy has been one of my favorite photographers for a while now. I love how there is still a nitty gritty feel to his photos within the delicate light features. Elsa Hosk is a Swedish supermodel who has worked for Dolce & Gabbana, Dior, Guess, and many more powerful designers. In 2011 she made her debut on the catwalk of Victoria Secret. Now, anyone who knows me well enough will know how in love I am with the Victoria Secret runway shows (I mean seriously, for only having bras and undies to work with, they put together, in my opinion, the most creative fashion shows ever). So putting together a gorgeous Victoria Secret model with a very talented photographer, is bound to produce something great. Being displayed from the 13th - 24th April, the exhibit is a project shoot on the model from the past two years. This is one of those moments when I wished I was back in NY to see the show in person. But never-the-less these pictures of the show will have to suffice.
